Boot Camps

Boot camps are our pride and joy, the very reason Gym Class Fitness was built. The perfect balance between individual attention, customized workouts, nutrition counseling and economy, they make good things happen. Expect to be pushed not only by your multi-certified instructor, but by the same faces you see each week in class, because at Gym Class Fitness classmates hold classmates accountable.


All our classes are a mix of aerobics, body weight exercises and resistance training using light free weights, resistance bands, yoga balls, jump ropes, steps and more. Workouts and the nutrition counseling built in to each class are geared toward you, each one taking into account your individual needs. Increased stamina, toned muscles, renewed energy and up to a 15 pound weight loss can be be expected per 6 week session in a 3 day a week plan. You’ll feel sore for a few days after your first session, see an increase in stamina after just a few, and see the results you want in no time at all.

6 week boot camps produce the greatest results hands down. Commit to 2, 3 or 4 days a week for 6 weeks and you will achieve your goal. Historically, people choose 3 days a week more than any other frequency. Open enrollment means you can join anytime. Just pick your times and days and you’ll be on your way to an educated body.
