Small group exercise classes are our pride and joy, the very reason Gym Class Fitness was built. The perfect balance between individual attention, customized workouts, nutrition counseling and economy, they make good things happen. Expect to be pushed not only by your multi-certified instructor, but by the same faces you see each week in class, because at Gym Class Fitness classmates hold classmates accountable.


Our classes are a mix of aerobics, body weight exercises, stretching and resistance training using light free weights, resistance bands, yoga balls, jump ropes, steps and more.


Workouts and the nutrition counseling are customized for each client. Increased stamina, toned muscles, renewed energy and up to a 15 pound weight loss can be be expected per 6 week program in a 3 day a week plan. You’ll feel soreness for a few days after your first session, see an increase in stamina after just a few classes, and see the results you want in no time at all.

6 week class programs produce great results. Commit to 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week for 6 weeks and you will achieve your goal. Monthly unlimited is the most cost effective option by far. Costing about the same as a 2 day a week - 6 week program (based on a monthly average), you can work out 7 days a week instead of 2. That’s a great value. We like it because the more you use it, the more you’ve saved. A great incentive to keep your body healthy. Open enrollment means you can join anytime. Just pick your times and days and you’ll be on your way to an educated body.

Whether it’s work or family, some people just can’t commit to a consistent number of classes per week. To help, we’ve created a flexible pricing structure. Now you can buy on a per class basis.


  $20 -  1hr Class fee

  $95 -  5 Pack of 1hr Classes

$185 - 10 Pack of 1hr Classes

5 times a week = $8.33 per class

4 times a week = $10.29 per class

3 times a week = $13.46 per class

Monthly unlimited is 25% cheaper for 3 day a week boot campers

Monthly unlimited is 42% cheaper for 4 day a week boot campers

Monthly unlimited is 53% cheaper for 5 day a week boot campers
